Terms of service
These terms apply to the hosted service at memory.primaxiom.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using an API key you agree to them. The open-source library at github.com/bgokden/reasongraph is licensed separately under the MIT licence and is not covered here.

1. The Service
ReasonGraph Cloud stores text facts you send it, links them through extracted entities and cause→effect relations, and returns them through an HTTP API, a remote MCP endpoint and a web console. The Service is in early access: features may change and limits may be adjusted, and we tell you about material changes by email or in the console.
2. Accounts and keys
- You need an account to create API keys. Keep keys secret; anything done with your key counts as done by you. Revoke a key from the console if it leaks.
- One account per person or organisation. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
- Sign-in is handled by Clerk (see the privacy policy).
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to store or process content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you have no right to share with us. Do not probe, overload or reverse engineer the hosted infrastructure, resell access without our agreement, or use the Service to build a directly competing hosted product from our non-open-source parts. We may suspend keys that break these rules or that threaten the Service for other customers, and we will tell you why.
4. Your data
- You own the facts you store. We only use them to run the Service for you, never to train models and never to sell.
- You can read, correct, supersede and delete facts through the API and console at any time. Deleting a fact removes it from recall; history entries kept for time travel are removed when you purge or close the account.
- Where you are the controller of personal data in the facts you store, we act as your processor under the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. A signed data processing agreement is available on request.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store any personal data you send us.
5. Plans, payment, cancellation
- The free plan has a monthly request limit and needs no card. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT where applicable.
- Requests above your plan's limit are refused until the next month or an upgrade; we do not bill overages without asking.
- Cancel any time from the customer portal in the console. Access continues until the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial months unless the law requires it or the Service was unavailable for a substantial part of the period.
- We can change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not promise a specific uptime during early access. Maintenance may cause short interruptions. We may change or retire features; when a change removes something you depend on, we give reasonable notice and your data stays exportable through the API.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its console and branding belong to PrimAxiom Labs B.V. The library is open source under MIT. You keep all rights to your content. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and return it to you.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100 if you are on the free plan. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profits or lost data caused by your own systems.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the console or by emailing us. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach section 3 or do not pay. After termination we delete your facts and keys within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep invoicing records.
10. Law and contact
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless you are a consumer with a right to another court. If part of these terms is invalid the rest stays in force. Questions: info@primaxiom.ai, PrimAxiom Labs B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
